Core Privacy Guarantee: AuraDisk operates 100% locally in your browser sandbox. We do not collect, process, track, store, or transmit any user data, browsing data, file information, or telemetry to external servers.
AuraDisk processes data strictly within your local client device using standard Chrome WebExtension APIs and browser File System APIs:
browsingData permission): Used exclusively to clear temporary browser cache, cookies, browsing history, and download history upon explicit user action. No browsing data is ever read, recorded, or sent outside the browser.downloads permission): Used locally to allow users to inspect and remove local files and duplicate files. File hashing (SHA-256) is calculated 100% locally in-browser.storage permission): Used solely to store local user preferences (such as language selection and custom scan filter thresholds) in Chrome Sync or Local Extension Storage.sidePanel permission): Used exclusively to render the interactive storage dashboard inside Chrome native side panel.AuraDisk contains 0 remote code scripts. All JavaScript, CSS, and asset bundles are statically compiled and included directly within the extension package verified by the Chrome Web Store. No external scripts are fetched or executed at runtime.
Because AuraDisk operates entirely offline on the client side, no user data is ever sold, transferred, or shared with third parties, advertisers, or analytical services.
